WEDDING TRIYUGINARAYAN TEMPLE

Destination End to End – A Divine Himalayan Union Triyuginarayan Dham Wedding SquareFeet Films & Events conceptualised an end to end event management and production plan for Tapasavi and Jayesh’s destination wedding in Himalayas. Set in the majestic mountain valleys and the medieval architecture of Triyuginarayan Dham, the project demanded meticulous logistical planning to create a flawless hospitality and celebration experience in a remote, high-altitude site. Our Scope of Works: End to EndVenue & Hospitality (The Stay): Full guest logistics, including complex mountain travel, venue sourcing and multi-day accommodation arrangements to assure comfort in the Himalayan landscape.Custom Decor & Space Design: Developed and executed different theme settings for each function. This includes a bright and sunny Haldi ceremony with custom flower arrangements and yellow highlights, an elegant nighttime engagement party with pastel draping and soft lighting, and a respectful, traditional look for the old temple ceremony. Catering & Culinary Management Developed and executed all food and beverage programming across the multi-day schedule, providing high quality catering that matched guests’ different palates despite the practical restrictions of the site.On-Ground Execution: I managed all vendor load-ins, daily scheduling and guest movement, so that the couple and their families could fully engage in the high-energy group dances and private rituals without operational friction. Cinematic Coverage: We deployed our own production crew to capture extensive media coverage of sweeping drone landscapes, emotional candid moments, and the profound spiritual tradition of the eternal flame rites. This project demonstrates our capacity to build the complex logistics of an event from scratch AND to capture the memories that ensues through a sensory-first, cinematic viewpoint.
