Business Development Manager - Ad Films

About the Role

SquareFeet Films is seeking a driven and highly connected Business Development Manager to expand our client base across the Delhi NCR region. In this role, you will be the primary catalyst for driving revenue by securing new projects for TVCs, DVCs, and high-end Product Shoots. You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and pitching to brand founders, marketing executives, and creative agencies. A key part of your role will be effectively communicating our unique visual aesthetic, ensuring clients understand the premium production value we bring to commercial filmmaking. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiating terms and closing deals, while consistently building a robust pipeline of innovative brands in the lifestyle, luxury, and startup ecosystems.

Requirements

Proven track record in business development or sales specifically within the ad film production, creative agency, or media industry. A strong, active network of decision-makers, including marketing heads, brand managers, and agency professionals in Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram. Deep understanding of the commercial video production landscape, with specific familiarity in selling TVCs, DVCs, and specialized product shoots. Demonstrated ability to articulate and pitch high-end creative concepts, such as macro-cinematography and texture-focused visual storytelling. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the confidence to interface directly with brand founders and C-level executives. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a structured approach to lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
